CAST MDP Cell

캐스트의 MDP Cell 은 독자적으로 개발된 플라즈마를 마이크로 방전 (100μm 미만)  핵심 기술을 기반으로 전력 사용을 줄이고 플라즈마 효율을 극대화하여 기존 코로나 방전 및 DBD 방전기술보다 월등히 앞선 기술로 평가받고 있습니다.  표준 압력에서 플라즈마를 형성할 수 있는 고도화된 마이크로 패턴 절연체 개발로 플라즈마 사용 분야의 규모별 제약과 에너지 한계를 극복하였고 현재 원천기술 및 적용기술을 특허 출원 하였습니다. (특허등록 : 제 10-2232916)

CAST MDP Cell is evaluated as a technology that is advanced to the existing corona discharge and DBD discharge technologies by reducing power consumption and maximizing plasma efficiency based on the micro-discharge plasma(less than 100 μm) core technology. With the development of advanced micro-patterned electrodes that can form plasma at standard pressure, we have overcome the limitations of each scale and energy limit in the field of plasma use, and have applied for a patent for the original technology and applied technology.
